Q4 2025 Europe Roundup: Cleanups, Prevention Outreach and Human-Rights Education Initiatives

During October–December 2025, community volunteers connected with Scientology humanitarian campaigns reported a range of local activities in different European cities. The quarter’s roundup included local environmental and civic volunteering, alongside drug-awareness distribution initiatives and human-rights learning initiatives delivered through partner programmes.

Activities were reported in multiple European settings, from Italy and France to Czechia, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers cooperating with local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful community cleanups Europe conduct.

Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, said: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping public spaces clean, sharing factual prevention tools, and teaching the next generation that rights and dignity apply to everyone. Social cohesion grows through consistent, local action.”
